Refund Policy

1. All payments made, including shipping costs and any sums added to the deposit to cover the full cost of the kitten or other connected services or supplies, are final and non-refundable.

2. Up to five business days before the intended shipping date, all funds paid toward a non-delivered kitten may be transferred to another kitten at any time.

3. A $50.00 cost to cover the veterinary health exam and health certificate will be removed from this credit toward another kitten if a customer returns a kitten within 5 days of the scheduled shipment date.

4. All shipping charges, medical expenses, and service costs (including but not limited to additional delivery fees) associated with returned kittens are the buyer's responsibility and will not be applied toward the purchase of the replacement kitten of their choice.

5. In order to get a credit toward a replacement kitten, the buyer must send the seller written notice of their desire to return the kitten within 72 hours of receiving it. If this notice is not received, the buyer releases the seller from all liability for replacing the kitten.

I do not currently grant refunds. Before making a deposit, please carefully read our policy.

Health Guarantee

According to the seller's knowledge, this kitten or cat is healthy. The following conditions are covered by the cat or kitten's 72-hour guarantee: upper respiratory infections (URI), internal and external parasites, and FELV/FiV.

The kitten must go to the veterinarian for a checkup within 48 hours of purchase. If any health issues are discovered, the Purchaser is required to deliver the veterinarian's records. After the kitten has been examined, the buyer has seven (7) calendar days to return the kitten to the seller. On returned kittens, no medical or travel costs will be reimbursed or credited, and shipping costs for replacement kittens are the responsibility of the buyer. Make sure to visit the vet for your cat or kitten within 48 hours.

My objective is to consistently breed healthy kittens. If your cat or kitten experiences any health problems, kindly let me know. I'll do my best to be as accommodating and helpful as I can.

Re-homing Policy

This cat/kitten will never be sold, rented, or given away to a pet shop, animal shelter, research facility, breeding mill, or other similar establishment.

This rule is essential. AVOID reselling or donating your kitten to any of these organizations. You adopt a lifelong buddy when you adopt a kitten from me. Sometimes people have to find new homes for their cats because of circumstances. If you can't find a nice home, don't be afraid to get in touch with me. I will be happy to take them myself or assist you in finding a decent home.

Indoor Only Requirement.

This cat or kitten will be kept inside and not be permitted to go outside on its own.

Other Pets Policy

Any harm or disease brought on the cat/kitten through exposure from other animals is not the seller’s responsibility. Please acclimate your new kitten to other animals gradually.

Declaw Policy

All health assurances are invalid if this kitten is declawed, as agreed by the buyer. This cattery disagrees with this procedure and believes that the surgery is extremely inhumane.Do not declaw your cat or kitten, please. If you do, the seller will revoke the aforementioned health assurances.

Spay/Neuter Policy

The Purchaser agrees to neuter or spays the kitten by 6 months of age.

Other Rules and Benefits:

1. To purchase a kitten

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $300 is required. If the buyer, after making a deposit, refuses to buy a kitten for his reasons, he loses the deposit.

2. Negative tested

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $300 is required. If the buyer, after making a deposit, refuses to buy a kitten for his reasons, he loses the deposit.

3. Trainings

Kittens can move to a new home only after they are trained in the cat tray, scratching post, dehelminthized, vaccinated, and passed Health Exam at the veterinary clinic.

4. Two Days

Within 48 hours of purchasing a kitten, the buyer must have the kitten checked by his vet (at the buyer's expense). This contract will be invalid if the buyer does not pass this mandatory health inspection.
